About Us
We didn't mean to start a business! Our owner, Sa'Ran, simply loved hosting parties and creating delicious treats that were also aesthetically pleasing. People started asking her to make charcuterie boards for their parties, baby showers and other celebrations, and a business was born.
Sa'Ran has successfully built her empire of delectable treats with the backing and support of her family and friends. She credits her sister Ka'Ran for being her biggest cheerleader and support in the early days of starting the business. In addition to the help she’s received from her sister, Sa’Ran’s team has now grown to include food artists, administrative and logistics professionals. Without Marlon, Naz, Shelbi, Angela and her parents, she would not be the shining success she is today.
Charcuteries by Sa'Ran offers delivery in the Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut and in parts of New York City and New Jersey.

Founder, Board Artist
Sa’Ran Housey is a licensed and insured caterer based in Connecticut. She prides herself on selecting only the highest quality food products, souring her fruits, vegetables and jams from local farms and produce markets. She believes that creating beautiful boards is an art form, and loves bringing people together over the best “feel good” snack.
